By using lifeinmontenegro.me (the "Site"), you accept these Terms & Conditions. If you disagree with them, please do not use the Site. LV GROUP d.o.o. (the "Company") reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Informational Nature of Content

All property information published on the Site — including prices, sizes, locations, availability and features — is for informational purposes only and may change without prior notice.

The Company does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or currency of published data. Final terms of sale or rental are determined exclusively by direct agreement between buyer/tenant and seller/landlord, through a formal contract.

Properties shown may be sold, rented or withdrawn from the market at any time. Contact us for current availability.

3. Role of the Agency

LV Real Estate acts solely as an intermediary between buyer/tenant and seller/landlord. The Company is not a party to any purchase or rental agreement and bears no responsibility for disputes arising between buyer and seller.

4. Property Listings Submission

Users submitting a property listing confirm they are authorised to sell/rent the property or are acting on behalf of an authorised person. Publishing inaccurate, misleading or false information is prohibited. The Company reserves the right to remove any listing that violates these terms without notice.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — text, photographs, logos, graphics, design and software — is the property of the Company or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright laws. Copying, reproduction or distribution without written consent from the Company is prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Company is not liable for:

Losses arising from reliance on information published on the Site
Temporary unavailability of the Site or loss of data
Content of external websites linked from the Site
Damage caused by unauthorised third-party access to user data

7. Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to external websites. The Company has no control over those sites and is not responsible for their content, privacy policies or practices.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the law of Montenegro. Any dispute arising from use of the Site shall be resolved before the competent court in Montenegro.
